Rhythmology is part of the University Clinic for Cardiology and offers comprehensive assessments and therapies for patients with cardiac arrhythmias. In three modern and bright cardiac catheter laboratories, we provide, as the largest and leading centre in Switzerland, the full spectrum of rhythmological examination and treatment techniques.

What to expect

Rhythmology combines highly specialised nursing, modern medical technology, and the immediate care of patients. With us, you will acquire skills and expertise that are taught in this combination at only a few places:

• You care for and accompany our patients during rhythmological procedures such as ablations or implantations of pacemakers/defibrillators
• You perform sedations and continuously monitor vital parameters
• In addition to direct patient care, you are responsible for the sterile preparation of procedures and administrative tasks

What you bring

• You are a certified nurse HF/FH and have professional experience in acute care
• Experience in an IMC is an advantage; an NDS in cardiology or anaesthesia nursing is welcome but not a prerequisite
• You appreciate a technological environment and have an interest in a highly specialised field
• You manage the dynamic workday with calmness and overview
