For our surgical/orthopaedic nursing team, we are looking from October or by arrangement for a health specialist in surgery/orthopaedics on an hourly wage basis in our pool.

You will take on

• Provision of professional care and support for our patients and their relatives
• Assuming responsibility in the areas of administration, office and housekeeping
• Goal- and solution-oriented work in the interdisciplinary treatment team
• Guidance and support of trainees and new employees

You bring with you

• Completed vocational training as a nursing specialist HF / FH
• Ideally several years of practical experience in nursing in a surgical and/or orthopaedic specialty
• Experience in a Swiss acute hospital
• Creativity, initiative and resilience
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary teamwork
• Solution-oriented, networked thinking as well as a high sense of responsibility

We offer you an interesting, very lively and varied workplace in a beautiful environment. You will be deployed on various wards and care for patients in the surgical/orthopaedic departments. You work on call and can decide for yourself on which days/period you want to be available. The average employment level can be freely chosen between 20%-100% and refers to the annual average. You will receive thorough induction and your professional development will be ensured and promoted through a comprehensive range of training and further education.
