We are looking for a high-performing, experienced and team-oriented leader to head our team.

• Overall responsibility for strategic and operational management
• Leadership and development of a team of around 18 employees as well as direct management of the Head of Purchasing, Head of Sales and the Marketing team
• Ensuring efficient business processes
• Implementation of the specified objectives regarding the company’s profitability
• Further development of the corporate strategy
• Product and range design for successful and sustainable market expansion
• Maintenance and expansion of customer relationships as well as support of key customers
• Calculations, pricing, sales conditions, margins, range design, stock analysis etc.
• Project work within the company and across the Janico Group

• technical or commercial basic training and business management further education
• proven experience in a leadership role with overall responsibility

• confident German skills as well as ideally French or Italian skills, English skills are desirable
• willingness to travel within Switzerland and neighbouring countries
