Warranty & Claims Manager (m/f/x) (KD)

About the job

Your tasks

• You enter, check and account for warranty claims and commercial coverage requests in the corresponding IT systems
• You process and evaluate claim files in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines and internal procedures, and verify the consistency of incurred costs
• You supervise the return of parts and ensure rigorous follow-up of pending files
• You communicate in German and French with customers, business partners and various internal departments
• You handle complaints and escalation cases and ensure their resolution as quickly as possible
• You prepare analyses, key performance indicators and cost reports
• You monitor costs related to warranties, commercial coverage and residual values, and prepare the corresponding reports

Your profile

• You have successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training, supplemented by technician or engineering training in the field of mechanics or business management
• You have several years of professional experience in a similar position
• You have an excellent command of German as well as very good knowledge of English and/or French

• You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and experience using ERP systems; knowledge of SAP is an advantage

• You stand out for your strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills and great flexibility. You are also a reliable person with a strong sense of responsibility
