To complete its team, the Human Resources department is advertising a newly created position:
Specialist in Corporate Health Management (CHM) and Case Management (60-80%)
Your main tasks
Design and implement the corporate health management (CHM) strategy in line with the HR strategy;
Systematically analyse absenteeism data and causes to define and implement targeted prevention, intervention and follow-up measures;
Support employees unable to work, coordinate the involved parties and act as the reference person with social insurance;
Conduct follow-up interviews and develop reintegration plans in collaboration with the HR Academic Partners;
Advise and train managers in supporting staff facing health issues;
Define, monitor and analyse performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented measures;
Participate in cross-functional and institutional HR projects.
Your profile
Tertiary-level education in occupational psychology, social work or equivalent. Training in CHM or case management is an asset;
Several years of experience in corporate health management, ideally in the public sector;
Knowledge of labour law, social insurance and psychosocial risk management;
Experience advising managers and staff as well as facilitating workshops;
Empathetic, structured, solution-oriented personality with assertiveness skills;
Fluency in French or German (native language) with excellent knowledge of the other language (minimum B2). Knowledge of English is an asset. Very good IT skills.
Work rate 60% to 80%

Several years of experience in corporate health management, ideally in the public sector;
Knowledge of labour law, social insurance and handling psychosocial risks;
Experience advising managers and employees as well as leading workshops;
Empathetic, structured and solution-oriented personality with confident appearance;
Native German or French speaker with excellent knowledge of the other language (at least B2); English skills are an advantage;
Very good IT user skills
