Role:
For a larger public organisation in the Aarau region, we are seeking an analytical personality for a versatile controlling function. You support financial management, develop decision-making bases and work closely with various departments and leaders. The environment combines classic financial planning with political and public framework conditions.

Responsibilities:
Collaboration on budget, forecast and financial planning
Analysis of costs, results and relevant variances
Preparation of management reports and business evaluations
Assessment of financial impacts of projects and initiatives
Support of departments as a business partner in financial matters
Further development of controlling processes, key figures and management tools
Qualifications:
Higher education in business administration, finance, controlling or public management
Professional experience in controlling, finance or a comparable function
Very good analytical and conceptual skills
Confident use of Excel and affinity for BI and financial systems
Experience in the public sector is an advantage but not a requirement
Very good German skills as well as an independent and communicative working style
