ICT Supporter (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF70,000 - 85,000Responsibilities:
- You handle support requests in 1st and 2nd level support, analyse problems and find suitable solutions
- In this role, you manage user accounts and access rights in Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Azure and train employees on IT issues
- As an entry-level IT system administrator, you support the maintenance and monitoring of servers, networks and clients as well as backup, security and update processes
- You participate in the further development, adaptation and documentation of internal applications from testing to deployment
- In this role, you support the IT manager in daily business and ensure smooth IT operations even in their absence
Qualifications:
- Completed training or further education in the IT field
- Initial practical experience in IT support and system administration
- Basic knowledge of software development, e.g. with Python or PowerShell
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux servers, virtualisation, networks and cloud services
- Structured, solution-oriented working style and enjoyment in getting to the bottom of problems
- A clean debt enforcement and criminal record
