Your Tasks

• You welcome patients and are the first point of contact for internal and external concerns.
  
• You plan and coordinate the nephrology consultations and take on the administrative tasks that arise.
  
• You perform venous blood draws and assist with medication administration, especially intravenous, intramuscular, and subcutaneous therapies.
  
• You manage and process 24-hour urine collections according to applicable guidelines.
  
• You work closely with the medical team and contribute to a smooth operation in the outpatient clinic.
  
• You take responsibility within your area of tasks and actively participate in team collaboration.
  

Your Profile

• You have training as an MPA EFZ, certified nursing professional, or medical secretary with appropriate further training for venous blood draws.
  
• Ideally, you have experience in an outpatient clinic or a comparable role.
  
• You work independently, reliably, and maintain an overview even in a busy environment.
  
• You are able to work regularly on the fixed working days Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
  
• You approach patients in a friendly, professional manner with a strong service orientation.
  
• You communicate confidently in German, both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage.
  
• You are proficient with common IT applications and enjoy working in a team.
