YOUR TASKS

• You are the first point of contact for our patients, welcoming them warmly and carefully recording their data
• You schedule appointments and organise the smooth running of the Institute for Radiotherapy
• You prepare patient records, coordinate document exchange with practices and internal wards, and support documentation
• You operate the telephone switchboard, handle enquiries efficiently and manage electronic data archiving
• You reliably produce documents, letters and reports from dictation

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed training as a medical practice assistant (MPA) or additional training as a medical secretary
• Ideally, you have experience in a similar position but are also motivated to learn new things
• You have excellent command of German, both spoken and written; expression, spelling and phrasing are impeccable
• Your working style is careful, organised and confidential, and you keep an overview even in hectic situations
• You are confident in using IT systems and familiar with medical terminology
• You enjoy direct contact with patients and support the team with commitment
