About the job
Your mission
The supplementary benefits service (SPC) is responsible for paying supplementary benefits:
- federal and/or cantonal to persons receiving an AHV or IV pension.
- cantonal to low-income families, that is to say households with children whose earned income does not allow them to cover the basic expenses necessary to meet vital needs;
- federal transitional benefits intended for persons over 60 who have exhausted their unemployment benefits.
The supplementary benefits aim to ensure that entitled persons have a genuine "minimum social assistance income". They supplement the beneficiary's own resources (pensions, salaries, etc.) in order to cover their "vital needs".
In this context, as head of the GED-Montage group, you lead the unit's activity and ensure the management and preservation of the documents necessary for processing benefit files. You supervise the team, organise production, and continuously improve document processes.
You also ensure the optimisation of building occupancy, identify the needs for layout, and coordinate the necessary work. In this capacity, you participate in the logistical organisation and coordination of the service's events. You are also responsible for the building's fire safety and ensure the application of prevention measures and safety instructions.
