Application Manager SAP IS-H (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You will maintain and further develop the SAP Healthcare / IS-H applications for patient administration and billing.
You will ensure the operational application management and support patient management, billing as well as patient and case admission with SAP Fiori.
You will actively participate in group-wide SAP standardisation projects and may take on the technical sub-project management.
You will coordinate the 2nd-level support, conduct functional tests and implement tariff and contractual requirements technically.
You will create technical and functional concepts and work closely with specialist departments and customers in requirements management.
Qualifications:
Education in commercial or IT fields; further training in business informatics HF/FH is an advantage.
SAP Healthcare / IS-H: Several years of experience or in-depth knowledge as a power user in patient administration and billing.
Healthcare sector: Experience in a hospital environment, ideally in patient administration, fee management or billing.
Working style: Solution-oriented, cross-process thinking, quick comprehension and high service orientation; project experience is an advantage.
Languages: Excellent written and spoken German, very good English skills and good spoken French skills.
