IT System Administration Employee (m/f/d)

- You lead sub-projects and represent the interests of the specialist departments in the introduction and further development of central IT systems.
- You analyse requirements from the specialist departments and develop concepts, specifications, and decision-making bases from them.
- In this role, you plan, prioritise, and implement system improvements and automations together with IT and external partners.
- You support and further develop specialist applications as a superuser, including user management, rights assignment, and ensuring data quality.
- In this role, you plan and conduct tests, training, and user instructions and create the associated documentation.
- You monitor stable system operation and assist with fault analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous optimisation.
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training with advanced professional education (NDS, FH, federal diploma)
- Several years of professional experience in a public transport company and/or in a control centre environment
- Experience in professional support and requirements definition of enterprise systems as well as in application or lifecycle management
- Very good knowledge of SAP (ERP, CRM, Service Cloud, S/4 HANA) and handling Microsoft 365
- Strong interest in efficient and reliably functioning IT systems as well as a high sense of responsibility
- Business fluent German skills in spoken and written form, English is an advantage
