Your Contribution 
For our locations in Switzerland, we are looking for a committed and competent individual as an EHS Specialist / Safety Officer. In this versatile role, you will play a central part in implementing and continuously developing our EHS Environment, Health & Safety organisation, the EHS management system (ISO 14001 and 45001), as well as the processes, contributing to creating a safe, healthy, and sustainable workplace. 
- Responsibility and coordination for occupational safety, health protection, hazardous substances, environment, and emergency organisation
- Responsibility for the further development of the EHS management system (ISO 14001 / ISO 45001) in compliance with corporate guidelines and legal requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements in close cooperation with authorities, specialist departments, and service providers
- Advising, supporting, and training site management, executives, and employees in all EHS areas
- Conducting and coordinating risk assessments, risk analyses, audits, and safety inspections
- Analysing accidents, incidents, and near misses as well as defining and following up on improvement measures
- Developing and monitoring EHS key figures and management reports

Your Profile 
We are not only looking for expertise: we seek people who bring their passion and talent to us.
- Technical or scientific education with further training and qualification as ASGS Specialist or ASGS Expert
- Several years of experience in EHS / occupational safety, ideally in an industrial company
- Solid experience in building, further developing, and auditing management systems according to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Qualifications as Safety Officer for fire protection, chemical contact person, and dangerous goods officer
- Very good knowledge of Swiss legislation and applications 
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Assertiveness combined with strong advisory and communication skills
- High personal responsibility and resilience combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
- Fluent German and English skills
