Your Tasks

• You support us in the daily routine on our closed geriatric and neuropsychiatric acute ward and can specifically apply your expertise and experience
• You assist in implementing our ward concept and continuously develop it with us
• Together with the interprofessional treatment team, you contribute to stabilising the patients and thus to a better quality of life
• As the nursing key worker, you accompany and support the patients and maintain contact with their relatives
• You independently manage the nursing process from admission to discharge
• You actively help to implement an innovative ward concept, define shared attitudes and live these in everyday ward life
• You care for complex admission and nursing situations and are supported by a motivated, interprofessional treatment team

Your Profile

• You have a qualification as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH/DNII (or hold an equivalent diploma from abroad recognised in Switzerland)
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in the environment of patients with dementia
• You are a flexible and motivated personality who enjoys facing challenges and actively shaping changes
• You appreciate multiprofessional collaboration in a dynamic environment
• You enjoy working with people in acute crisis situations
• You are responsible for comprehensive, person-centred care and adherence to our high quality standards
