Supply Manager

Order Management: Issue order instructions, allocate requirements according to priorities, and verify the conformity of flows.

Subsidiary Management: Ensure rigorous monitoring of stock levels and refine consumption forecasts.

Supplier Relations: Guarantee proactive supplier follow-up, communicate purchase forecasts, and resolve any disputes.

Project Management: Coordinate new product launches, organise testing phases, then ensure follow-up and technical validation.

Transport Interface: Negotiate and liaise daily with freight forwarders and shipowners for shipment organisation.

Operations: Supervise maritime and air flows respecting deadlines and costs.

Problem Solving: Act swiftly in case of logistical issues to ensure supply chain continuity.

Higher education in Supply Chain, Purchasing or International Trade with proven experience in supply management.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, complex formulas).

Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is essential.
