The Public Works Department of the Municipality of Crans-Montana is looking for motivated individuals to join its team dedicated to the maintenance and beautification of our territory. Whether you are a man or a woman passionate about nature, landscape, and biodiversity, this position is made for you!

Our main activity is to create and maintain harmonious green spaces that offer the population places for leisure and relaxation. We place great importance on preserving biodiversity and enhancing our living environment, while ensuring the safety of road and pedestrian networks. Additionally, we plan the maintenance and improvement of watercourses for a healthy and secure environment.

To replace future retirements, we are looking for:

100% EMPLOYEES 

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in the building sector or an equivalent qualification.
• You possess a driving licence and a machine operator’s licence.
• You have a sense of organisation and professional rigour.
• You have a strong interest in outdoor activities as well as in the development and maintenance of green spaces.
• You are able to respond to multiple demands such as snow clearance, salting, territory maintenance, and roadworks.
• You demonstrate flexibility in working hours, particularly for participation in on-call duty during public holidays or weekends.
