Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner for Field Operations who will play a key role in supporting an international organization's mission by recruiting skilled professionals for assignments in complex operational environments. This is short term mission for one month minimum.

Missions
Strategic Talent Acquisition
- Manage end?to?end recruitment for a wide range of field positions across operational, technical, medical, logistical, and support functions.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and operational leaders to anticipate workforce needs and define recruitment plans.
- Contribute to talent acquisition strategies aimed at strengthening talent pipelines and workforce diversity.
Sourcing & Talent Attraction
- Implement proactive sourcing strategies using digital tools, professional networks, targeted outreach, and market mapping.
- Build and maintain specialized talent pools for critical roles.
- Support employer?branding initiatives, including participation in events, job fairs, and online campaigns.
Recruitment & Selection
- Conduct CV screening, structured interviews, and competency?based assessments.
- Facilitate selection processes in collaboration with hiring managers and HR partners.
- Ensure a candidate experience that is transparent, respectful, and representative of the organization's values.
Pipeline & Talent Pool Management
- Maintain regular communication with candidates within talent pools.
- Track candidate availability, mobility, and alignment with mission requirements.
- Collaborate with learning and development teams to identify skill gaps in talent pipelines.
Reporting & Administrative Excellence
- Maintain accurate and up?to?date information in the applicant tracking system.
- Monitor and report recruitment metrics (time?to?fill, pipeline health, diversity indicators, etc.).
- Adhere to internal processes, compliance standards, and data?protection requirements.
Profil du candidat
Education & Experience
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, International Affairs, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in an international or multi?cultural environment.
- Experience recruiting specialized or technical profiles is a strong asset.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent command of competency?based interviewing techniques.
- Ability to manage high recruitment volumes while maintaining quality.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- High sense of ethics, confidentiality, and respect for diversity and inclusion.
Languages
- Fluency in English required.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
