Development and implementation of technical solutions - from the initial idea through design and dimensioning to series maturity

Independent handling of demanding development projects by contributing your own technical expertise

Conducting technical reviews, evaluating existing concepts and targeted further development of solutions

Early identification of technical risks and challenges as well as development of appropriate measures

Accompanying development projects through all phases - including validation, optimisation and handover to series production

Close cooperation with internal and external specialist departments as well as active coordination of relevant stakeholders

Contributing expertise to cross-departmental projects and supporting technical decision-making processes

Several years of professional experience in machine or product development, ideally from the concept phase to series maturity

Strong analytical and conceptual thinking as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style

Initiative, decisiveness and enjoyment in collaborating with different specialist areas

Good understanding of business contexts and a strong interest in digital tools and modern development methods

Communicative personality with confident appearance at different levels

Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written

Completed engineering degree (BSc FH or equivalent) in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation or a related field
