The regionally rooted hospital centre, known for its high medical quality, respectful working atmosphere, and strong team spirit, is looking for you as a future Senior Physician in the interdisciplinary emergency department. Thanks to the specialists in the emergency department, the majority of patients can be conclusively treated on site. Here you will be in close contact with the wards and maintain patient-spanning, interdisciplinary collaboration.

The position is suitable both for senior physicians wishing to work full-time and for part-time staff from 60%. The flexible arrangement allows an ideal combination of work and private life. In addition, you have the opportunity – if desired – to advance to the position of Chief Physician.

Your responsibilities:

• Supervision of assistant physicians and support in their training
• Together with the team, you ensure emergency care for the region
• Treatment and care of patients with internal medicine, surgical, and orthopaedic concerns
• You independently perform focused sonographies of all kinds
• Together with the internal medicine team, you take on on-call duties (30 per year – including about 8 weekend days)

Your qualifications:

• You have successfully completed the specialist training in internal medicine
• Preferably, you can demonstrate a focus in emergency medicine (SGNOR) or the certification POCUS Emergency Sonography
• We financially support and advise foreign professionals in obtaining MEBEKO recognition
• Your German language skills are at least at level B2
