Registered Nurse HF for Inhouse Spitex - 100%
Your tasks
- Comprehensive care and nursing of guests in accordance with our nursing philosophy and nursing process
- Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone)
- Participation in the implementation of the nursing process and taking over primary nursing
- Leading case discussions and nursing reports
- Close collaboration and evaluation of guest situations with the responsible Spitex person and the nursing team
Your profile
- Completed training as a Registered Nurse HF
- Experience in long-term care and Spitex is an advantage
- interRAI-HC and CareCoach knowledge is an advantage
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoyment of diverse challenges
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
