What is my role?

• Creating and editing construction plans and technical drawings for architectural projects

• Participation in the planning and execution of construction projects

• Coordination of collaboration between architects, engineers and contractors

• Preparation of tender documents and specifications

• Taking over project management and on-site construction supervision

• Checking and monitoring compliance with standards, regulations and quality standards

• Performing quantity calculations and cost estimates

• Documenting construction progress and preparing construction reports

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed basic training as a building draughtsperson with a higher technical school qualification

• Sound knowledge of CAD software

• Good knowledge of relevant building standards and regulations

• Experience in construction planning and ideally in project management

• Independent, structured and precise way of working

• Teamwork skills and strong communication abilities

• Organisational talent and assertiveness
