Junior System Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF70,000 - 85,000Responsibilities:
- You handle support requests at 1st and 2nd level, analyse problems and find suitable solutions
- In this role, you manage user accounts and access rights in Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Azure
- You train employees on IT issues, promoting the safe and efficient use of IT systems
- In this role, you support maintenance and monitoring of servers, networks and clients as well as backup, security and update processes
- You contribute to the development, adaptation, testing, deployment and documentation of internal applications
- In this role, you assist the IT manager in daily operations and ensure ongoing IT operations in their absence
Qualifications:
- Completed training or further education in the IT field
- Ideally specialising in system technology or application development
- Initial practical experience in IT support and system administration
- Basic knowledge of software development, for example with Python or PowerShell
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux servers, virtualisation, networks and cloud services
- Structured, solution-oriented working style and enjoyment in tracing problems to their root cause
