Sales Consultant (m/f/d) - Basel

Area of responsibility:

Proactively approaching customers with warmth and friendliness so that customers – including those waiting – feel welcome and acknowledged in the shop.
Competent advice on all products/services with the aim of finding efficient and straightforward solutions, recognising and exceeding customer needs.
Developing ideas from day-to-day business to optimise the shop. Checking new deliveries for quality, quantity, and timing. Correct preparation of goods for return to the distribution centre. Receiving repaired devices and preparing them for handover to the customer, including information regarding collection readiness. Participating in inventories.

Profile:

- Retail specialist EFZ/EBA or completed apprenticeship with sales experience, but we are also open to career changers with a strong sales flair.
- Enjoyment of customer contact
- Likeable appearance as well as communication skills – verbal/non-verbal
- German spoken and written
