Health Specialist EFZ 100%
Your tasks
- Comprehensive care and nursing of guests in accordance with our nursing care model and nursing process
- Taking on tasks as a nursing contact person
- Participation in the nursing process and in the nursing needs assessment with RAI for assigned guests
- Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone)
- Planning and accompanying medical visits
- Assuming daily responsibility
- Taking on tasks as a topic leader for a specialist subject and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality
Your profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
- RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (paid for)
- A warm, positive and responsible basic attitude
- Enjoyment of varied challenges
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
