Is the financial world your passion? For our Client Unit Private Clients, we are looking for a Client Associate at our location in Lucerne.
What makes your tasks particularly appealing:
Personal & telephone contact with clients
Administrative and client-related support for several Relationship Managers
Independent handling of client administration in the areas of account openings, account transfers, and account reconciliations
Execution and monitoring of client orders as well as independent client support in the absence of the Relationship Manager (i.e. handling daily business as well as processing stock exchange orders, fixed-term deposits, products, clarifications, etc.)
Preparation and follow-up of client visits and business trips
Continuous updating of client data in the CRM system
Creation of sales documentation and handling of general correspondence in German and English
Participation in client events
Assistance with the administrative tasks of the branch office
When you fit with us:
Completed banking training at a reputable bank
Professional experience in processing and procedural areas
Very good German and good English skills are required
Excellent PC user skills (MS Office: Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel), Avaloq knowledge is an advantage
High customer and service orientation
Strong willingness to learn and commitment, very good organisational skills
Independent, structured and precise working style, impeccable and absolutely discreet manners
Reliable, resilient, team-oriented, flexible, motivated and loyal personality
