For our client, a major company active in the industrial sector, we are looking for a HR Business Partner between 80 and 100%. The starting date is to be agreed upon.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You recruit new talents to meet the operational needs of the various departments
• You proactively support and assist managers in managing the employee lifecycle, particularly in conflict management, absenteeism, and the development of certain roles and structural changes
• You support and advise managers, especially during the annual performance appraisal process
• You take charge of various HR projects and actively contribute to defining new processes to continuously adapt practices and maintain quality service
• You identify skills development needs and implement appropriate training actions, supporting employees in their professional growth and promoting a culture of continuous learning

You offer your new employer

• You hold the Federal Diploma as a Human Resources Specialist or an equivalent higher education qualification
• You have at least 5 years of successful experience in an HR Business Partner role (ideally in the industrial sector)
• You have in-depth knowledge of Swiss labour law
• You have strong team-building skills and are proactive in making suggestions
• Your mother tongue is French; proficiency in German will be considered an asset
