Night/Day Nurse

The La Maison des Bosquets Foundation, a living place open to the world, has the mission to support elderly people requiring assistance in maintaining their autonomy.

The support provided to the 130 residents is the result of an interdisciplinary approach, carried out by some 200 professionals united by a common mission, which they serve through both their expertise and their interpersonal skills.

A reference in its field, La Maison des Bosquets promotes the development of human and professional skills, with strong ethics and values that build trust.

Missions and Responsibilities

• Identify the needs and resources of the residents,
• Support the teams in identifying the strengths and resources of the residents;
• Administer and supervise care for the residents entrusted to them;
• Ensure follow-up and carry out treatments delegated by doctors in collaboration with management;
• Participate in the integration of new residents and their individual projects as well as in the development of multidisciplinary support in collaboration with other sectors;
• Contribute to the development of the Montessori approach and the Strengths-Based Approach by providing collective or individual support;
• Contribute to the individual project of the resident.

Profile

• Professional skills validated by a HES diploma in nursing
• An interest in various geronto-psychiatric pathologies and specific care protocols
• Autonomy in clinical analysis related to the elderly person and the implementation of specific care
• Ability to work independently, but also in a network and interdisciplinary team, to manage complex situations and adapt
• Methodological and leadership skills related to project management and team support
• An engaged, committed, reliable nature with high ethics
• An interest in developing your personal skills related to your activity and especially in sharing them
• Proficiency in the French language and computer tools
