For our Adult Service, we are recruiting a Vocational Reintegration Specialist at 80% - 100%

Your mission

Your role is to reintegrate people with health impairments by defining rehabilitation strategies and ensuring their implementation.

To this end, you analyse and assess situations for which early detection requests have been submitted, and where appropriate, you refer individuals to the competent partner insurance companies. You identify and develop a suitable professional project taking into account the applicable legal framework and the health status of our beneficiaries.

You propose all necessary and appropriate measures (courses, training, reintegration measures, etc.) to bring our beneficiaries to employability and ensure the interface with companies in the canton of Vaud as well as with various providers and partners.

You write complex reports and minutes.

Your profile

You hold a higher education qualification (e.g. HES in health or social work, MSP) or a university degree (psychology or neuropsychology, for example).

You have proven experience in the field of vocational reintegration or hold a managerial position in the economy and demonstrate your interest in vocational reintegration. In all cases, you possess good knowledge of the labour market and professional training pathways.

Endowed with excellent interpersonal, writing and analytical skills, you are oriented towards creative and pragmatic solutions. You stand out for your ability to inspire confidence, your active listening and your organisational skills.
