Operator in the Field of Energy-Supply-Wastewater Treatment Plant

We are looking for our client Lonza AG in Visp for an immediate start for an operator (m/f/d) in the field of energy and supply-disposal-wastewater treatment plant 100% in 4 shifts for a minimum of 6 months

Your task profile:

• In this role, you combine several areas of responsibility in one role: As a shift worker in the energy-combustion-wastewater treatment plant, you work alternately as a control room and plant operator in a production department with several plants

• As a control room operator, you monitor production, check and analyse process parameters, identify and resolve faults, and safely start up and shut down the continuous plants according to specifications

• As a plant operator, you work flexibly on-site at the plants and assist with conversion and maintenance work

• Working with the computer (Outlook, Excel, Word, SAP as well as process control systems) rounds off your range of activities

Your profile:

• You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form (mandatory)

• You have a technical or manual basic education – ideally as a chemical/pharmaceutical technologist, chemical technician, mechanic, mechatronics technician, specialist in wastewater/waste technology, plant builder or comparable

• You are willing to work shifts (including night shifts and weekends; 4-shift model)

• Experience as an operator in chemical production or service companies and in dealing with process control systems is an advantage

• You are interested and willing to learn new technologies and to continue your education permanently

• Furthermore, you work independently and reliably and are committed, resilient and team-oriented
