HR Administration and Payroll Specialist (m/f)
Your Main Tasks
Your Main Tasks
- Ensure the processing of all salaries on SAP (including tasks related to monthly and annual closing and performance-related pay for around 350 employees)
- Act as the main contact for employees, senior management and external organisations regarding HR administration, and provide autonomous support throughout the employee lifecycle
- Enter and update reference data within organisational management
- Actively contribute to the continuous optimisation and development of HR processes
- Ensure the administration of courses in the LMS system and data management
- Support and encourage the HR trainee as a training practitioner
Your Profile
Your Profile
- Basic commercial training and further training completed in the field of human resources or payroll management
- In-depth knowledge of payroll management and SAP
- Good knowledge of current labour law and social insurance regulations
- Native French or German speaker with very good knowledge of the other language
- Vivacity of mind, analytical thinking as well as a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
- High degree of autonomy, meticulousness, strong sense of responsibility and discretion
- Service-oriented personality and enjoyment in collaborating with different groups of interlocutors
