Medical Practice Assistant(s) Women’s Clinic Pool
Your tasks – our position
- Reception and care of patients at the three locations
- Support of doctors for a smooth running of the consultation hours
- Operating the telephone
- Assistance during consultations
- Simple laboratory tasks
- Administrative duties
Your skills – our requirements
- Completed training as a medical practice assistant (SRK recognition mandatory for foreign diplomas)
- Professional experience in an outpatient clinic or medical practice in Switzerland is essential
- Confident IT application skills (e.g. MS Office, KISIM, etc.)
- High social competence and personal responsibility as well as patient orientation
- Teamwork, flexibility, openness and enjoyment of contact with people as well as resilience
- Availability, versatility and flexibility
- Mother tongue: German or French, with knowledge of the second language (level B2 required)
