Specialist (m/f/d) interdisciplinary ward internal medicine 60-100%
immediately or by arrangement
Your contribution
- Active participation in direct patient care and contribution of your expertise to clinical practice
- Advice and support of colleagues on professional questions as well as promotion of knowledge transfer
- Further development of nursing topics together with the nursing expert and support of evidence-based nursing
- Conducting practical training sessions, short inputs and participation in specialist and thematic groups
- Shaping nursing quality, standards and processes
- Accompanying employees in their professional development and acting as a role model in clinical everyday life
Your profile
- Registered nurse HF/FH with a Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- At least two years of professional experience in an acute hospital
- CAS or willingness to complete a specialised further education
- Enjoyment of professional development, interprofessional collaboration and knowledge transfer
- Open, solution-oriented personality with team spirit and initiative
