COMARCH ERP Specialist (m/f/d)

Role:
You don’t just want to handle tickets, but understand what lies behind a problem and how processes can be improved in the long term? Then this position offers the opportunity to combine support, ERP development, and business requirements. From analysing a complex support case to optimising existing processes to rollouts and key user training, you actively shape the further development of the ERP landscape.
Responsibilities:
Support & Problem Solving
You take on demanding 2nd-level support cases around COMARCH and bring even more complex issues to a structured solution.
You analyse tickets, set the right priorities, and consistently keep an eye on open cases.
You not only ensure short-term error corrections but look for sustainable solutions.
Processes & Development
You identify weaknesses in existing ERP processes and develop approaches for standardisation, quality assurance, and automation.
You support the evaluation of new functionalities and accompany their implementation within your area of responsibility.
You participate in upgrades and international rollouts.
Business & Collaboration
You support business contacts with professional requirements and translate these into actionable solutions.
You work closely with internal stakeholders as well as external partners and suppliers.
You share your knowledge in training sessions and workshops for key users.
You ensure through clear documentation that knowledge remains available in the long term.
You accompany planned maintenance windows and support in the on-call service.
Qualifications:
You have completed training or further education in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
You bring experience from application or ERP support, ideally in an industrial environment.
You are familiar with ERP solutions; experience with COMARCH is an advantage.
Ideally, you have initial knowledge in IT Service Management / ITIL Foundation.
You think analytically, work in a structured manner, and can navigate complex problems.
You like to take responsibility and work independently.
You enjoy questioning existing processes and initiating improvements.
You present yourself in a customer- and service-oriented manner and can adapt to different contacts.
You are open to change and interested in new technologies and modern working methods.
You communicate very well in German and well in English; further language skills are welcome.
