How you enthusiastically
- You manage and develop a customer portfolio in private customer business
- You advise your customers, mainly domiciled abroad and customers under guardianship (guardian) engaged and responsible, especially in telephone and written contact on the topics of financing and asset management mandates
- You maintain long-term customer relationships and sustainably expand them in the customer portfolio
- You are the contact person for guardians, regional social services and authorities and ensure efficient and professional responses to all inquiries related to child and adult protection
- You work side by side with your team members and other specialists
What you bring with you
- You have professional experience in banking, ideally with proven experience in private customer support, financing business as well as investing (asset management)
- With very good language skills in German (preferably also in French/English) you convince in advising and supporting your customers
- You are equipped with good communication and presentation skills and appreciate an open feedback culture
- You are a committed personality who likes to take initiatives, thinks entrepreneurially and is always curious
