To strengthen our own team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced individual who enjoys working with people and already knows the recruitment consultancy market.

Your daily work
- You manage the entire recruitment process, from candidate search through pre-selection to successful placement
- You conduct interviews and assess candidates thoroughly regarding professional and personal suitability
- You advise and support our client companies personally and on an equal footing
- You expand existing client relationships and actively develop new contacts
- You keep an eye on the market and actively contribute your network and market knowledge to the team
This is you
- You have several years of experience in personnel placement and/or temporary employment
- You have a good instinct for people and strong communication skills
- You work independently, solution-oriented and keep an overview even in dynamic situations
- You bring entrepreneurial thinking and negotiation skills
- You are confident in German, further language skills are an advantage
- Ideally, you already have your own network in the Basel region
