Field Sales Representative Foodservice 100%
📍 Region 1 (SG/AI/AR/GR); 📍 Region 2 (TG/SH/parts of ZH);📍 Region 3 (AG/parts of ZH)
Responsibilities
- You actively develop your sales territory and build sustainable customer relationships.
- You inspire our customers (e.g. gastronomy & hospitality, communal catering or care sector) with innovative HACO products and solutions.
- You recognise market opportunities and independently convert them into sales successes.
- You plan and implement sales campaigns, tastings and concepts on site.
- You stay close to the market, recognise trends and actively bring them into the company.
- You work in a networked way with internal sales, marketing and product development.
Requirements
- Experience in field sales or in the foodservice sector gastronomy/large consumers – ideally both.
- Training as a cook is an advantage.
- Hunter mentality combined with sustainable relationship building.
- Convincing personality with drive, initiative and closing strength.
- High personal responsibility through independent and flexible action.
- Organisational talent with high self-motivation and pronounced teamwork skills.
- Passion for food, trends and innovation.
- Residence in the catchment area of one of the mentioned regions.
