Service Technician Trainer 80-100% (m/f/d)

- Planning, organising, and conducting training programmes for service technicians
- Ensuring the professional and methodological development of the team
- Conveying knowledge about technical equipment, processes, and GMP requirements
- Developing practical exercise units and training materials
- Monitoring learning success and regularly adjusting training concepts
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a high training standard
Qualifications:
- Technical education or degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in the service sector, especially in the GMP environment
- Pedagogical skills and enjoyment in passing on knowledge
- Knowledge of the requirements for GMP processes and documentation
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- High-level German and English, both spoken and written
