We are currently looking for Socio-Educational Assistants (ASE) to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of support and assistance in the field of care and education.

Your mission

• Support and supervise children, adolescents or adults in their daily lives.
• Participate in the development and implementation of personalised educational projects.
• Ensure a safe and stimulating environment for the beneficiaries.
• Contribute to the organisation of educational, cultural and social activities.

Your profile

• Diploma of Socio-Educational Assistant (ASE) recognised in Switzerland.
• Two years of experience in a similar position is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to manage complex situations with calm and professionalism.
• Fluency in French; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Able to work both day and night shifts.
