On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Technical Manager & Project Management - Upper Valais (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• 01 | Operational management & coordination of activities

• You will ensure strategic planning and optimisation of technical interventions.

• You will orchestrate the organisation of projects, from their preparation to their completion.

• You will coordinate human and material resources to guarantee efficient execution of services.

• You will contribute to the management and skills development of teams.

• 02 | Technical direction & project management

• You will manage the sites and supervise their technical execution.

• You will ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements and contractual commitments.

• You will control costs, deadlines and resources to ensure project profitability.

• You will supervise field staff and ensure optimal coordination of the various stakeholders.

• 03 | Commercial, contractual & financial management

• You will prepare commercial offers, technical quotes and tender dossiers.

• You will monitor measurements, completed services and site accounts.

• You will oversee invoicing and financial monitoring of projects.

• You will ensure control and monitoring of supplier invoices and creditors.

• You will guarantee rigorous and structured administrative management of your files.

• 04 | Business development & client partnerships

• You will represent the company to our clients and regional partners.

• You will identify new business opportunities and actively participate in expanding our activity in Upper Valais.

• You will advise clients and propose technical solutions adapted to their needs.

• You will develop and maintain a network of partners and a sustainable clientele.

• You will contribute to the company’s visibility and reputation in the regional market.

• 05 | Expertise, innovation & strategic contribution

• You will ensure technological and regulatory monitoring to anticipate sector developments.

• You will continuously develop your skills and maintain the required professional certifications.

• You will participate in management meetings and contribute to the company’s strategic thinking.

• You will be a driving force in improving processes, optimising performance and developing new opportunities.

Your profile:

• You have a technical background in construction, building or technical installations, with solid professional experience on site.

• You possess an excellent understanding of construction processes, implementation techniques and project requirements.

• You master reading and interpreting technical plans, measurements, tenders and financial monitoring of sites.

• You have proven experience in work management, coordination of stakeholders and technical project management.

• You are familiar with standards, regulations and quality and safety requirements applicable to the construction sector.

• You combine technical expertise, operational vision and the ability to propose concrete and efficient solutions.

• You demonstrate leadership and know how to supervise, mobilise and coordinate teams on site.

• You are autonomous, organised, rigorous and capable of managing several projects and priorities simultaneously.

• You have excellent interpersonal skills, a solution-oriented approach and real commercial aptitude.

• You are proficient in German and comfortable with professional exchanges in French, an asset to support our development in Upper Valais.

• You have an entrepreneurial spirit, a sense of responsibility and the desire to actively contribute to the company’s growth.
