About the job
GRITEC is a technology partner for demanding industrial projects, product and capital goods development. We design, simulate, develop, and realize with the most modern methods and engineering tools. Our own electronics/software lab, the well-equipped workshop for prototype and automation system construction, as well as an experienced simulation team support our development and design teams as well as those of our customers from the idea phase to the finished industrialized product.
We are looking for a dynamic and committed personality for our location in Grüsch as a HR Manager 50% - 100%.
What to expect:
- Handling monthly personnel/payroll administration including social insurance, withholding tax, and salary certificates
- Managing the entire HR lifecycle: entry, changes, exit, references, and official notifications
- Onboarding new employees: preparation, support, and further development of the process as well as offboarding
- Contact person for managers and employees on personnel-related and labor law issues
- Maintenance and further development of our HR processes
- Planning and organizing employee events in cooperation with the CEO
- Participation in HR projects: process optimization, digitization, employer branding
- Building and further developing personnel development programs
What you bring:
- HR specialist certificate or comparable completed further education in the field of Human Resources
- Solid knowledge of Swiss payroll administration and social security law
- Several years of operational HR experience, ideally in an SME
- Independent, structured, and discreet working style
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
- Interest in personnel development and HR digitization
