What is my role?

• You develop the defence strategy and implement it

• You knock on new doors, conquer markets and forge strategic alliances - both locally and internationally

• You reel in the big players as clients, maintain them and juggle authorities and the military

• You manage public tenders and represent the company at specialist events

• You bear full responsibility for the defence business - projects, budget, figures: all yours

• You lead your team, drive it forward and keep management informed

What do I need to be successful?

• You are technically and commercially proficient and have already led people

• Officer or senior non-commissioned officer? Jackpot, but not a must

• You have already sold major deals - preferably in the defence sector or to authorities

• You master German and English fluently, French would be the icing on the cake

• Military requirements, tenders and security matters are no mystery to you

• You are hands-on, assertive and find solutions instead of excuses

• You have a driving licence category B or better - after all, you sometimes have to drive there yourself
