Deputy Operations Manager (a)

We are looking for a deputy operations manager (a)
Here is what you will do
- You will manage the Taube Inn together with the operations manager in all matters
- You will take on the role of host in the establishment and actively work at the front
- You will sell, organise and conduct events
- You will share responsibility for our 8 hotel rooms including sales and pricing of the rooms
- You will perform general administrative tasks and assist with the induction of new employees
What we expect from you
- You have completed a basic vocational training (EFZ) in gastronomy; a G1/2 or hotel management school qualification is a plus
- You have very solid administrative skills (MS Office suite)
- You speak fluent German and English
- You are a passionate host
- You are preferably familiar with the Lucerne region
