Review incoming order requests and record them in the merchandise management system
Place orders with suppliers and check incoming order confirmations
Coordinate delivery deadlines and initiate appropriate measures in case of schedule deviations
Track order backlogs and regularly clarify open items with suppliers
Maintain master data, prices and conditions in the ERP and online shop
Check and resolve discrepancies between order, delivery and invoice
Coordinate returns and faulty deliveries with the responsible departments
Act as a contact person for sales, warehouse and suppliers on operational questions
Qualifications:
Completed commercial or technical basic training with relevant professional experience
Experience in operational purchasing, scheduling or order processing
Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office as well as good general IT user skills
Ability to coordinate multiple orders, deadlines and open points simultaneously
Independent, structured and reliable working style in daily business
Practical mindset and willingness to follow up directly and seek solutions in case of deviations
Fluent German in spoken and written form for internal and external communication
Good English skills for contact with suppliers in an international environment are an advantage
