To complete our Clientele team, we are looking for a

Import/Export Specialist 80% - 100% (M/F)

Mission

Carry out the administrative and logistical import-export operations from order to delivery. Ensure the management of relationships between the various partners in the commercial transaction.

Responsibilities

• Keep export statistics and complete history up to date in real time
• Maintain an internal company procedure regarding import-export and ensure it is respected by all relevant departments
• Archiving export documents
• Invoicing
• 100% management of after-sales service: Receiving parts, processing (sending, quotes, quote validation, invoicing, delivery, etc.)
• 100% management of straps: Supplies, customer orders, invoicing, shipments, and Goodwill Budget monitoring
• Monthly edition of account statements for each partner
• Management of finished timepiece stocks, inventory management: Saleable stock, press stock, after-sales service timepiece stock
• Provide backup for the Sales Operations Coordinator role.

Profile

• Holder of a commercial employee CFC, professional maturity certificate, or equivalent qualification
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the watchmaking industry
• Good understanding of an international sales service, basic accounting knowledge
• Proficient with common IT tools (Office Suite), very good knowledge of an ERP, ideally ProConcept
• Fluent in French and English
• You are a person who is: Rigorous, organised, and possesses very good analytical and synthesis skills; Service- and solution-oriented, you listen to needs and enjoy providing support to achieve team and company objectives.
