You manage procurement projects from the calculation phase to realisation.
You prepare tenders and independently conduct award procedures.
You compare supplier offers based on costs, services and conditions.
You negotiate contract contents with suppliers and subcontractors.
You review supplements and claims in case of deviations.
You use market information and benchmarks for sourcing and supplier selection.
You prepare framework agreements and further develop existing supplier relationships.
You create cost overviews, calculations and evaluations using Excel.
Qualifications:
Completed technical or commercial apprenticeship with appropriate further training.
Alternatively, you have a degree in business administration or a technical subject.
Several years of experience in project procurement, ideally in the construction or industrial environment.
Knowledge of construction management or complex construction projects is an advantage.
Experience with pharmaceutical facilities or laboratory buildings is welcome.
Confident use of Excel and PowerPoint is required.
You are willing to travel for assignments at Swiss project locations.
You are fluent in German and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
