With over 20 years of experience as a Recruiter in Geneva, I am active in the tertiary sector throughout Romandy, with clients including industrial companies, banks, financial firms, law firms, family offices, fiduciaries, watchmaking establishments, and with a speciality in real estate structures.

On behalf of a real estate establishment in Lausanne, I am looking for:

Property Manager M/F

Tasks:

• Autonomous management of a residential and commercial property portfolio
• Supervision of an assistant and close collaboration
• Representation of the owner with tenants, authorities and craftsmen
• General administrative management of the managed portfolio
• Overall follow-up of the rental process (termination, re-letting, etc.)
• Control and monitoring of the general condition of the buildings
• Management of works (renovation, repairs, etc.)
• Management of caretakers (hiring, monitoring, termination, etc.)
• Preparation of reports for the owners
• General correspondence

Profile:

• Completed training (CFC, Maturity, etc.) and you have a perfect command of tenancy law
• Federal certificate of property manager is an asset
• Experience in managing a commercial portfolio and comfortable with building technology and supporting large-scale projects
• Fluent French, knowledge of German is a plus
• Willing, committed, with a collaborative spirit, client-oriented
• You are a real estate professional and enjoy taking on new challenges every day
• Driving licence required
• EXPERIENCE IN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IN ROMANDY MANDATORY
