Operational Project Support 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

As Operational Project Support, you relieve the overall project manager and the existing project staff in daily order processing. You take over open orders and pending tasks, prepare them for execution, coordinate customer appointments, and allocate the available technician resources. Your tasks include:

• Taking over, prioritising, and tracking open orders and pending tasks

• Checking orders for completeness and preparing them as executable clean orders

• Checking and maintaining order and master data in SAP and WFM

• Complete documentation of execution documents, connection plans, and diagrams

• Arranging and coordinating customer appointments

• Assigning orders to suitable technicians based on skills, availability, priority, and schedule

• Forward-looking planning and monitoring of available project resources

• Re-prioritising and rescheduling in case of absences, delays, or short-term changes

• Coordinating material call-offs and material provision

• Monitoring and tracking ongoing orders

• Checking completion reports, time sheets, and final documentation

• Coordinating reverse logistics for unsuccessful commissioning

• Early reporting of bottlenecks, risks, deviations, and additional efforts to the overall project manager

What do I need to be successful?

• Experience in AVOR, scheduling, order control, or operational project support

• Strong hands-on mentality and independent working style

• Ability to systematically and consistently reduce a high order backlog

• Excellent organisational and coordination skills

• Clear and professional communication

• Experience with WFM and SAP is an advantage

• Confident use of Outlook, Teams, and Excel

• Technical understanding in the ICT or telecommunications environment

• Good German skills, additional national languages are an advantage (French)
