Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced individual as Team Leader Human Resources for an established, internationally oriented company.
Our client is a successful company with a diverse workforce and professional HR structures. To strengthen the HR department, we are seeking a specialist who will lead an HR team both professionally and organisationally and actively participate in operational HR work.
Responsibilities:
Professional and organisational leadership of the HR team
Management of the entire employee life cycle from entry to exit
Advising managers and employees on personnel-related and labour law issues
Responsibility for recruiting processes including job placements and applicant management
Coordination and control of payroll, social security, and absence processes
Creation and further development of HR key figures, statistics, and reporting
Participation in personnel development, organisational, and HR projects
Optimisation and digitalisation of HR processes as well as further development of internal HR guidelines
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training EFZ with further training as HR specialist with federal certificate or degree focusing on Human Resources
Several years of professional experience in a generalist HR function as well as leadership experience in Switzerland
Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law and social security system
Very good knowledge of HR systems and MS Office
Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
