Foreman / Construction Team Leader (M/F) - Structural Work

About the position:

Our recruitment agency is actively seeking an experienced foreman / team leader to strengthen our teams on large-scale structural work sites. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of the work, site safety, and the human management of your team.

Your main tasks:

• Supervision and management: Manage, organise and motivate your field teams (bricklayers, assistants, crane operators).

• Site organisation: Prepare and monitor the schedule, manage material orders and supplies.

• Technical and quality: Reading plans, setting out, marking out, and checking the conformity of the completed works.

• Safety: Ensure strict compliance with SUVA standards and safety rules in force on the site.

• Reporting: Ensure communication and regular reporting to management and site managers.

Your profile:

• Training: Foreman certificate, team leader diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Experience: Solid experience in structural work. Previous professional experience on sites in Switzerland or abroad is highly appreciated.

• Technical skills: Excellent mastery of plan reading, setting out (laser/theodolite) and formwork/reinforcement techniques.

• Leadership: Proven ability to manage unforeseen events, unite a team and maintain a productive work dynamic.

• Driving licence: Essential.
