Contract type: Long-term temporary assignment

About the position

Within our placement agency, we are looking for one of our clients, a company recognised for its excellence and expertise, experienced carpenters and cabinetmakers (M/F) who are autonomous and passionate about their craft.

Your main tasks

In the workshop:

• Reading technical plans and taking precise measurements.

• Cutting, machining and assembling solid wood and wood-based parts.

• Use of traditional machines (jointer, planer, spindle moulder) and/or CNC machines.

• Manufacture of customised furniture, interior fittings, doors, windows and stairs.

On site (Installation):

• Installation and adjustment of interior fittings (kitchens, wardrobes, bookcases, partitions) and exterior joinery.

• Installation of floor coverings (floating floors, glued parquet, skirting boards) and ceilings.

• Fitting, glazing and meticulous finishing work.

• Strict adherence to safety and quality standards on site.

• Experience: Proven professional experience (minimum 3 to 5 years) in the workshop, installation or ideally both aspects.
• Skills: Excellent plan reading ability, precision, rigour and autonomy.
• Licence & Mobility: Category B driving licence essential; possession of basic tools is an advantage.
